What’s the difference between Design and Build and a House and Land Package? With Design and Build, you would purchase the land/section yourself and engage with a builder to design a house to best suit the site and your wants/needs.
A House and Land Package includes both the section and dwelling price all in one. This means you are purchasing both from the Builder. The plans for the site in a House and Land Package are already priced and ready to go which can lead to a faster pre construction turnaround.

Our design + build process

Meet with your Bank or Mortgage Broker
A great starting point if choosing to build is to meet with your bank or mortgage broker to get pre approval and to get more of an idea what your budget will be.

Find your section
We don’t use standard plans, we build bespoke to your site to ensure we make the most of the space and sun. This means before we start to design your home we need to know where it is going! If you don’t already have a section in mind we are happy to help you find the right one.

Concept plan
Once a site has been chosen, we can start to design a plan for your site. We are able to provide you with portfolio of the houses we have already completed to get an idea of the layout you prefer and find out what you want from your home and we will get a design drawn for you.

Price estimate
Once we have created a concept plan, have gone over everything you’re wanting in your home and you are happy, we will be able to provide you with a cost estimate.

Master Build contract
When you have given us the thumbs up from our price estimate we will then proceed with a priced Master Build Contract with exact pricing. This will be a comprehensive contract showing everything that is included so there are no hidden extras.

Finalising finer details
Once we have signed off the contract you will meet with your Sales Consultant to finalise the colour scheme and finishing touches in your new home.

Build process begins
This is where you can sit back and watch the magic happen while receiving regular reports on the progress of your home along with photo updates.

Your dream home is ready
Shortly after we receive the Council Code of Compliance, the keys will be handed over and your home will be yours to move into!
