If you have been contributing to KiwiSaver, you may be able to withdraw your funds to assist in the purchase of your first home. With help from your KiwiSaver, you could purchase a new build in Canterbury valued up to $775,000.

To secure your first home, you will be required to pay a 10% deposit of the total cost. For example, if you want to purchase $730,000 home, a deposit of $73,000 would be required to secure the property.
Now your new home is locked in, the build will progress and you don’t pay a dollar till it is completed and you get the keys!
Your new home is complete and ready to move in! You will pay the remaining balance of your build and we will meet you at your new address with your house keys and a box of goodies to celebrate!
